But to your point about his mother and grandmother--would they be responsible if he turned out to be a drug addict? Have you read Beautiful Boy by David Scheff? Parents are all too willing to take credit when their children turn out well, but does that mean they take the blame when their kids struggle or become failures? I think this generation of women takes on too much responsibility and too much blame.</description>
