I've done the dream board and it was so great -- first of all it was fun and second it really helped focus my attention on my goals.

When I was little, I was always so optimistic but as I got older I became a real stick in the mud. It's almost as though when the responsibilities pile on, I retreat into pessimism. It definitely doesn't make me feel good. I think it's worth a try, this affirmation or visualization stuff. Can't really hurt, can it?!
