I have enjoyed the book so much I decided to buy a copy for every one of my friends! The reception has been phenonminal and many have in turn purchased the book for their friends.

Part of the attraction of the book is that, although it is written for mothers, it has an appeal for all ages and both sexes.

Even though, my kids are older now, I have found in the midst of stress I have learned to stop and take a break, sit down and read a book, breath more deeply or just organize a drawer.

I tried a tip out of the book and I didn't buy any groceries for a week! It was so great to use up all the food and to enjoy all that empty space on the cabinet shelf. Now I realize that the simple task of clearing out the food pantry, not only helped me save money for the week, but also conribributed to my feeling less cluttered. I now am going to keep on top of how much food I have going forward. Maybe I can even take this dicipline to the other areas of my life!

Silence! I love it! I got some of it yesterday at the beach - my favorite spot to get some peace and quiet. My kids were riding the waves and looking for sea glass and I got to sit for about 20 minutes and watch the 8 foot waves. It was very rejuvinating!

Yes, silence. Lots of it would be nice - but a little bit is just wonderful and I look forward to the next time!
