My mantra is said over and over while taking deep breaths - it helps me to fall asleep or to focus during the day. Here it is:

'life in' (while breathing in), 'love out' (while breathing out) - pause and reverse it - 'love in' (while breathing in), 'life out' (while breathing out).

It sounds pretty simple but it helps to breath in the good and breath out the bad. It's been a form of meditation for me and enables me to realize what is important and what is not.

My mantra is to stop and smell the flowes especially roses. I think of how lucky I am to have the option for a jam packed day! and if I want to excel at what I do to I make sure I walk into my flower garden in my living room and smell what is in season and blooming. right now I have christmas catcus, khaloncoe, & orchids
